Our Approach

Design That Converts.
Not Just Looks.

Beautiful websites that don't convert are expensive branding exercises. We design for behaviour — understanding how users think, what they fear, and what makes them act.

Our UX process combines heatmap analysis, user journey mapping, and conversion rate benchmarks to produce interfaces that are as effective as they are elegant.

  • Full UX research and competitor audit before design begins
  • Wireframing and interactive prototyping for every key flow
  • Conversion-led layout decisions backed by real data
  • Responsive design tested across 15+ device sizes
  • Handoff-ready design systems for seamless development
Our Design Process

Three Pillars of Our Design Practice

Every engagement covers research, design, and validation — because skipping any one of these stages is how good-looking sites fail to convert.

UX Research & Strategy

Understanding your users before a single pixel is placed. We map journeys, identify friction, and define the experience architecture that drives your goals.

  • User persona development
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Heuristic audit of existing site
  • Conversion benchmark analysis

UI Design & Prototyping

High-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes that let you experience the product before it's built — and refine it without expensive development rework.

  • Wireframes for all key pages
  • Interactive Figma prototypes
  • Design system creation
  • Accessibility-first component library

Conversion Optimisation

Design decisions backed by data. We apply CRO principles throughout — from above-the-fold hierarchy to micro-copy on your CTA buttons.

  • A/B test-ready design variants
  • CTA hierarchy and placement strategy
  • Trust signal integration
  • Post-launch heatmap review

The Business Impact of Great Web Design

+240% Conversion Rate

Our clients see an average 240% improvement in conversion rate after a redesign. Good design isn't a cost — it's your highest-ROI investment.

Faster User Decisions

Clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and trust signals reduce the time it takes visitors to decide. Fewer clicks to conversion means more conversions per visitor.

Stronger Brand Perception

First impressions form in 50 milliseconds. A professionally designed site signals credibility before a single word is read.

Mobile-First by Default

Every design is built mobile-first. With 70%+ of traffic on mobile, a poor mobile experience is a direct revenue leak.

UX research informs low-fidelity wireframes that map the structure and flow before aesthetics enter the conversation.

3

Design & Prototype

Full visual designs and an interactive prototype delivered in Figma. You see and click the product before development starts.

4

Review & Handoff

One round of revisions, final QA, and a developer-ready handoff package with a full design system and component specs.

Design FAQs

Common Questions About Our Design Service

Do you design in Figma?+
Yes. All our designs are delivered in Figma, with a full component library, style guide, and developer-ready specs. Figma makes collaboration seamless — you can leave comments directly on the design.
Do you handle development too, or just design?+
Both. We offer design-only engagements (if you have an in-house dev team) and end-to-end design-plus-development projects. Most clients benefit from us doing both — the handoff is seamless when it's the same team.
How many revisions are included?+
Our standard process includes one structured revision round after the first full design delivery. We find that thorough wireframe approval up front eliminates most major changes. Additional revision rounds can be added to scope.
How long does a design project take?+
A single landing page: 1–2 weeks. A full website (5–10 pages): 3–5 weeks. An eCommerce site with multiple templates: 4–6 weeks. We give you an exact timeline in your proposal.
What if I need a redesign but my budget is limited?+
We can prioritise. A homepage redesign often delivers 80% of the conversion impact for 30% of a full-site cost. Tell us your budget and your primary goal — we'll design the most impactful scope within your constraints.
